Enjoy your tropical vacation in this unique 1580 sq. ft. Penthouse Suite with all the amenities of home. Your suite is a rare find with three bedrooms and covered parking which will accommodate three cars. There are very few three bedroom short-term rentals in the Keys. Except for the 2 1/2 baths, there are beautiful bay views from every room including the ample 300 sq. ft. lanai which is accessible from the master bedroom or the dining room. With the backdrop of the bay view, the living room, dining room and lanai also overlook the immaculate swimming pool and kiddie pool area. The suite is furnished to every imagination with all linens, towels, washer and dryer, kitchen counter top appliances, large dish, glassware and flatware selections, filtered water, even a high chair and play pen. Be sure to bring your favorite music which you can play on the CD/cassette player, or watch one of three TVs, one with a VCR.

It is tastefully decorated with tropical details including wall and knick-knack art. For long-term vacationers, there is ample closet and storage space. Moon Bay is a first class waterfront property. It includes tennis courts, a water-side, barbecue/tiki picnic area, and your own private, easy access boat slip that will accommodate up to a 30' boat. Other common areas include two saunas, ping pong, a lounge area with TV, tastefully placed open-air patios for small group conversations or for just relaxing with a good book. Adjacent to the swimming pool is a large sunning deck that doubles as a fabulous vantage to enjoy sunsets over the bay. Within walking distance are two of our favorite snorkel and dive operators (Amoray and Kelly's) and some of our many favorite restaurants (Hobos, Sundowners and Sr. Friholes) and bars (Caribbean Club and Cactus Jacks).

Hobos has the very best dolphin sandwich you have ever had! We have formulated a 'Locals Favorites' suggestion guide to shopping, restaurants and attractions to refine your vacation choices. Key Largo is one of the most visited vacation destinations in Florida. The island is not even a mile wide so in many areas you can see the ocean and the bay simultaneously. Locations in the Keys are distinguished by mile markers. Moon Bay is centrally located at mile marker 104.3. Within five miles you can experience fantastic souvenir shopping, glass bottom boat rides, casino cruise or sailing excursions, rent a kayak, Harley or jet ski. Visit the beaches or take a nature boardwalk of the 'John Pennekamp' Florida State Park. Visit the notorious Caribbean Club where parts of the movie 'Key Largo' were filmed. Swim with dolphins or take in a dolphin exhibit at one of the three local attractions. Dive or snorkel the reefs and see the Christ statue.

Dive sunken ship wrecks including the largest intentionally sunken ship, the Spiegel Grove and others. Wet a line and encounter world class deep sea or flats fishing in nearby waters.

Golf Information: Go by boat, car or take the bicycle path (we have two bicycles for you to use) to these and more locations and when your exhilarating days of fun in the sun are coming to a close, you can relax in the comforts of your own home and enjoy the most picturesque sunsets in the world!
