The new kitchen is fully equipped and has granite counters, tile floors, and stainless appliances. The spacious and bright living/dining room is open to the kitchen, and has cherry floors and plenty of room to relax (700 square feet). There is also a large family room with a fireplace.
The house features many sets of glass patio doors, skylights, a whirlpool tub in the over-sized upstairs bath, a stereo system with a CD player, two TVs and DVD players, a washer, dryer, an outdoor shower, and beach chairs.
