The full deposit will be given back within 30 days after check out and inspection of the Condo. The mandatory taxes (10% total) on the base rent are: a 5% Virginia Sales Tax and a 5% Franklin County Occupancy Tax.

Smith Mountain Lake covers 22,000 acres, with 500 miles of shoreline, and is nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It reigns as Virginia's top freshwater striped bass fishery, and holds the lake record of 49.4 lbs. for striped bass. We also offer guided fishing charters for full or half-day trips.
