Often a family of otters will swim by or climb right onto the dock (of which you'll have full access and use).

Our extensive renovations were completed at the end of June! These include a completely new and enlarged master bedroom and en-suite bathroom located on the ocean side, which opens via double french doors onto the deck.
We have created a gourmet kitchen with custom cherry-stained wood cabinets and brand new appliances, including a cappuccino machine. There are wood and tile floors throughout and new custom lighting.
The surrounding yard has been fully landscaped, highlighting the native plant species of the Gulf Islands.
