The king-size bed master suite has a TV, VCR, and an adjoining bath. It overlooks the Monterey Bay, with a spectacular, unobstructed white water view. Two other guest bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and the other with two twins) share another bath. They have views of the lagoon and of breathtaking sunrises over the Pajaro Valley. A wood-burning fireplace warms the high-ceilinged living room, which also overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Living room amenities include a stereo with CD player, a DVD player, and a TV. The fully furnished, beautifully remodeled kitchen has everything the vacationing chef could desire. The larger deck has views of Monterey Bay. The barbecue deck overlooks the lagoon. Enjoy peace and quiet relaxation, or see and do all that the area has to offer including antiquing, bird-watching, visiting the wine country, fishing, golfing, shopping, and beach activities. Our thrilled guests return again and again! You will too.

Reservations and Cancellation Policy: Reservations courtesy hold for seven days only, pending receipt of payment. Payment of 1/2 rent due at reservation. Balance and $300 refundable security deposit in a separate check due in full 30 days prior to arrival. For reservations canceled up to 30 days prior to arrival date, payment refunded less $100 cancellation fee. For reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival date, payment (refunded less $100 cancellation fee) only if property is re-booked for that time period.
