This home is ideal for the family with an active toddler and a beach-going teenager. The back of the house is on Seashore Drive with a bike path used for biking, skating, jogging, walking, rollerblading, or just people-watching. Less than 1/2 mile away is a park with basketball, handball, and tennis courts.
