| Notes: | Sea Pines is different from most everywhere along the East Coast in that they didn’t put a 4-lane highway up against the Ocean like they did everywhere else – they preserved the Maritime Forest and Sand Dunes that way for everyone to enjoy. This house is only the 14th house from the Ocean – approachable from 1 of 2 nature paths. Our plan was to provide every amenity possible. This exceptional house exceeds traditional standards. You'll find stylish, beautifully coordinated, designer furnishings throughout. There are upscale linens and towels in both bedrooms. This is the third home that we renovated in Sea Pines Plantation and we left no detail unattended. We thought a higher quality residence would be more appropriate for such a fantastic location. We pride our properties on being kept meticulously clean – we use our own proprietary cleaners. Tiled Floors, upscale furnishings, new appliances and tiled kitchens and baths help us keep it that way. |

Delivery and pick-up is free along with free baskets and locks with all rentals.
Free Tennis Free 1 hour of Tennis per day at one of the Top 3 Tennis Resorts in the US, South Beach Racquet Club, HarTru Courts. Free Use of our Community Activity Center including a hard surfaced tennis court, basketball court, children's playground and swimming pool less that 100 yards from the front door.
Skiing Information: No Skiing here, but Reel adventures' are only steps away,with some of the best surf fishing on the East Coast. Deep-sea adventures await when you battle tarpon, cobia, and marlin in the waters of Hilton Head. Boats depart from Harbour Town and South Beach Marina for fishing excursions. Court excitement can be found at Harbour Town Tennis Club where Stan Smith is the pro. Bird-watching is sponsored by the Coast Discovery Museum. Get in shape with a personal trainer at the Sea Pines Fitness Center, only a short walk away. Horseback ride or walk as you explore the Sea Pines Forest Preserve -- and see the remains of a 4,000-year-old Indian settlement and an 18th century plantation. Enjoy world-class sailing adventures on the Stars & Stripes, the authentic America's Cup 12-meter yacht that is harbored in Harbour Town.
