Spectacular Location. Walk or Bike to the Beach. Located in the Heritage Woods Section of Sea Pines Plantation, our house sits in the middle of a Maritime Forest. Deer and wildlife run freely through our backyard. Our back deck runs the length of the house and is perfect for barbecues. A large lagoon accents the surroundings by offering water views from inside and outside the house. This picturesque setting is warm and friendly. Bike Trails surround the neighborhood making beach approach and Harbour Town easily accessible. This is a fantastic family fun vacation locale. No matter what the interest, all family members should be able to safely navigate around the neighborhood to the beach or pool or their desired destination. The Sea Pines Beach Club complete with a beach shop, restaurant and outdoor grill, outdoor Tropical Bar and nightly entertainment is one of your access points to the beach. There are 2 other closer access paths to the beach that offer ocean tranquility.

| Notes: | Sea Pines is different from most everywhere along the East Coast in that they didn’t put a 4-lane highway up against the Ocean like they did everywhere else – they preserved the Maritime Forest and Sand Dunes that way for everyone to enjoy. This house is only the 14th house from the Ocean – approachable from 1 of 2 nature paths. Our plan was to provide every amenity possible. This exceptional house exceeds traditional standards. You'll find stylish, beautifully coordinated, designer furnishings throughout. There are upscale linens and towels in both bedrooms. This is the third home that we renovated in Sea Pines Plantation and we left no detail unattended. We thought a higher quality residence would be more appropriate for such a fantastic location. We pride our properties on being kept meticulously clean – we use our own proprietary cleaners. Tiled Floors, upscale furnishings, new appliances and tiled kitchens and baths help us keep it that way. |
