Villa 'La Citronneraie' (6 to 16 persons) is a modern, luxury holiday home, ideally located in the green hills directly surrounding the centre of cosmopolitan Nice. From the villa you have many great views; from the deep blue Mediterranean Sea to the Southern Alps and from the city of Nice itself to the mountains that surround Monaco. It is only a five minute drive to the beach, the famous 'Promenade des Anglais', and the cozy Nice city centre. The villa (with a floor area over 300 sq. meters) has a large living room with a beautiful evening view over the enlightened city of Nice. Furthermore, the villa has an Italian-designed, fully equipped kitchen, seven bedrooms and six en suite bathrooms. Modern facilities such as air-conditioning, wireless-broadband-Internet, DVD and seven TVs including a wide screen satellite TV. Outside there is a private swimming pool, a big jacuzzi/hot-tub (with direct seaview!), many terraces, a large 3500 sq. meter tropical garden (a lot of privacy!), ....

Nice is the capital of the famous Cote d'Azur, located on the Mediterranean Sea in the sunny south of France, only 25 km from the Italian border. Within a 30 minutes drive you find amongst others famous places like Monaco and Cannes, natural beauty and many sportif activities in the mountains and small typically French villages like St. Paul de Vence and Eze. The villa is a perfect starting point to discover the area; within 5 minutes you are in the city-centre of Nice (here you can easily take the trains into all directions!) and within 15 minutes you are on the A8 motorway (with perfect connections to Italy, Monaco, Antibes, Cannes, St. Tropez,...). Outside the house there is an lighted swimming pool, a 8-persons jacuzzi with direct seaview, a pool house, a garage, and a large 3500 sq.m. tropical garden with palms and many fruit trees. There are two very large south facing outdoor terraces looking over Nice & the Mediterranean Sea -- a panoramic sun-terrace on top of villa and a spectacular wooden terrace next to the swimming pool. Because of the big garden, the location of the villa and the enclosure the property offers a lot of privacy. When you rent Villa 'La Citronneraie' it is privately available for your group. By staying in this great holiday-home you can combine the advantages of the big city of Nice (beach, luxury shops, excellent restaurants, busy night life, etc.) with the advantages of the 'outside-the-city-life' (green, space, garden, etc.). Of course Nice city centre, with its many tourist highlights, is really worth a visit.
