Bathroom on 1st level - Bedrooms are on second. Narrow doorways and steps in floor due to age of property make it difficult for elderly, wheelchair, or infirm. The property is sprayed during Mosquito Season with Mosquito Barrier an all natural Garlic compound that is safe and repels Mosquitoes. You will not find another waterfront property that isn't plagued with these pests during the summer evenings. So Enjoy!
