Air conditioning is not necessary, the house is right on the sand and the cool ocean air is amazing.Pets are allowed an additional deposit is required. the pet must be approved. There is internet access at the Homeowners Association office just a few minutes from the house.There is Direct TV in the living room with all the movie and sports channels. If you want a baby sitter or cleaning service each day check with the Homeowners Association located within the gated community.

This is arguably one of the most beautiful places Visit the fabulous seaport city of Ensenada where you you'll find five-star restaurants, duty-free shopping, excellent roads, surfing, sport fishing, the world's most shopped street, and one of the three most cloud-free areas on earth. This is a world of Mariachis, salsa, exotic foods, and culture -- and it's practically in San Diego's backyard. It's so near, and yet so foreign. This home is wonderfully decorated. Special features include rare tiles imported from Italy and France, and beautiful southwestern art. There is a downstairs family room for the children -- with their own bathroom, TV/VCR, and game table. This home features some of the most majestic panoramic ocean views in all the world.

24 hour security, for peace of mind. Enjoy a margarita with your guests as you relax around the fabulous tiled sunken bar facing the blue Pacific! From there, walk up to the incredible private deck -- surrounded by water on all four sides; and take in the awesome sunset! When it's time for dinner, move to the formal dining room -- and dine by candlelight while enjoying the warmth of the fireplace and romantic music. Romance is in the air -- there's an oceanside firepit in the patio, (great for roasting marshmallows and for sing alongs), two fireplaces inside, a water view from four of the bedrooms, and some of the most breathtaking sunsets in all the world. This home is located in a private gated community at the Baja Beach and Tennis Club, with 'round the clock security. Nearby there is tennis, horseback riding, boating, snorkeling, fabulous diving, exceptional fishing, and a wonderful 18-hole golf course.

Golf Information: There is a magnificent golf course just 25 minutes from our home. It's the Baja Country club open to the public. The fees are unbelievably low.
