There are upscale linens and towels in both bedrooms. The two-story townhouse design ensures that there is no one sleeping above you - to guarantee a quiet evening's rest. This is our second villa in this development. The demand was so great for our first villa, we went ahead and renovated a second one. No detail left unattended. We thought a higher quality residence would be more appropriate for such a fantastic location. We pride our properties on being kept meticulously clean – we use our own proprietary cleaners. Free Bikes Leave your bikes at home, unless you are a road rider. 4 Free Adult Bikes; perfect for riding at the beach and the 30 miles of bike trails in Sea Pines Plantation; for Child Carriers, Tandems, Trikes or Children's Bikes call Island Cruisers and mention our name to get their lowest rates at their already low rental rates. Delivery and pick-up is free along with free baskets and locks with all rentals.
Free Tennis / 2 Courts to choose from to play Free Tennis at our on-site Tennis Court. Need more sunlight to play under? Cordillo Parkway Public Courts are only 2 blocks away and offers 4 public courts with lights - free to use, lights too. Donated and maintained by Van der Meer Tennis Center. Just walk on over and turn them on!
Skiing Information: Of course there is no Skiing & we don't offer a ski program! But we do offer Fishing Info and we don't have anywhere else to put in on this web page. Fresh and Salt Water; Deep Sea; Hilton Head Island is fortunate to be home to the largest and best Cobia Fishing in the World. Also, State Record Tuna was just caught 8 miles off of Hilton Head this Winter! Most importantly, you can park your car and enjoy the 12 miles of hard sand, which is perfect for bicycling or walking. There are also miles and miles of biking and jogging trails. Lagoons, alligators, and island foliage are just a few of the scenic backgrounds for picturesque settings. And don't forget to take advantage of Hilton Head's most prized possession - the beach. All types of restaurants, bars, outlet shopping, boating, miniature golf, and sightseeing are all within a few miles of the resort. Recreational paths connect the whole island, so bring your roller blades and walking shoes. We supply the bikes for free.
Golf Information: Golf Discounts, 25% to 79% off regular rates, offered at 24 Golf Courses in Hilton Head through Last Minute Tee Times by mentioning our Villa Rental Program. Sea Marsh and Ocean Courses in Sea Pines offers twilight specials all year long as does most of the other on-island golf courses; this usually results in a 30 to 40% discount. Lastly, for the most one hour of fun you can have on Hilton Head for only $6 go to the Plantation Club in Sea Pines and grab a bag of balls. You can practice chipping on their chipping green, pick them up and putt them on the putting green and drive them away on the driving range. Takes about 1 hour and is a great way to practice.
