Outside you'll find a heated swimming pool, (and an outdoor jacuzzi for 2010), 300 ft of bulkheaded waterfront, and a wonderful one-of-a-kind bay-level swimming/fishing/sun deck that puts you right on the water. (fish for snapper right off the deck - great swimming/deep water channel and wonderful snorkeling) There is a beautiful pool deck, pool toys, patio tables, stainless gas barbecue, outdoor shower, hammock, 2 kayaks, 2 bicycles, fish freezer, waterfront fish cleaning station with running water, outdoor fish tank, bulkhead rod holders, bulkhead lighting, beach chairs and more. Start the day in the kayaks, then fish, swim in the ocean or pool and finish the day swinging in the hammock between 2 perfect palm trees as you watch the sun set. Casa Lorraine is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the beautiful community of South Point on Lower Sugarloaf Key. Wonderful neighborhood for walking, jogging or biking. And ideally located just 15 minutes from Key West.

This comfortable very roomy 2700 sq ft Spanish-style home has a beautifully finished interior with tile floors, ceiling fans, a fully equipped granite kitchen and a large master suite (king size bed) with private bathroom, walk-in closet and 2 private balconies. There are spectacular views from the open floor plan kitchen/living/dining area and there are 3 more bedrooms (twin beds, full size bed, queen bed), and a 5th bedroom for 2010. There are 2 more full baths, a play area and a large screened-in porch. The home is fully furnished with everything you will need for a terrific vacation including all kitchen appliances and entertainment conveniences such as a satellite flat screen television, DVD player and wireless high speed internet. Most of all - the views are astonishing - especially the sunsets right from the large veranda. Professionally managed with on-call : friendly service man, landscaper, housekeeper and pool company

When you arrive - no need to rush out shopping - upon your prior request - we include an assortment of freshly purchased essential items in the refrigerator. Casa Lorriane is more than a home - its an outdoor paradise and we assure you that your stay will be one of the best vacations you will ever take.
