* No Pets/ Bed configuration: there is a queen sized bed in one room, three twin beds in one bedroom, four twin beds in one bedroom and the master bedroom that has an three twins and an additional full sized bed. The twin beds may be converted to king sized beds. * There are a number of great local wineyards (Duck Walk and Channing Daughters) for wine tasting/tours. Montauk is about 20 minutes away. The backyard of the house leads directly to the nature trails of Cedar Point Park. There are many great local restaurants and spas that are open all year long. A book with house instructions, restaurant & spa and activity suggestions can be found in the kitchen for your convenience.
