Our Gearhart Home is located 3 miles north of Seaside, a bustling tourist town with something for everyone -- shopping, children's activities, lovely beach, outlet mall, restaurants, movies and more. 12 miles north is Astoria, at the mouth of the Columbia River with it's Maritime Museum, Astor Column and Fort Clatsop, the official end of the Lewis & Clark Trail. Great fishing and water activities available in Astoria. To the south about 9 miles is Artsy Cannon Beach with a more rugged beach and lovely Ecola Park.
