This is a great home with all-amenities and a large kitchen and sitting area, which allows everyone to be together. The dining area opens to the brand new backyard deck with a natural gas grill, and an outdoor shower. It's a very private setting with no neighbors in view. Amenities include satellite TV in the sitting area and master bedroom. A washer/dryer, garbage disposal, and dishwasher make family meals and beach clean-up a snap. The home has been completely renovated and updated over the past four years. The built-in sound system provides a background theme song for your relaxation and enjoyment. The birds are always in view from the floor-to-ceiling windows looking out onto the private backyard. These windows also enable mom, dad, and the grandparents to keep an eye on the children at play. Walk just 1,000 feet (left or right) to two ponds, and only 1,500 feet to beautiful Great Pond.
