This enchanting beach front home is situated in a private exclusive area, with two private tennis courts and clubhouse, a nature trail, a pristine beach, crystal clear waters, daily 180-degree sunsets, and a fresh water swimming pool with an expansive patio. The villa is one of only four homes on this exquisite mile long half moon beach. You can wade out over 100 yards in the crystal clear shallow waters at Sunset bay, which is ideal for children and adults as well. There is great snorkeling as well. You can rent kayaks, a boat or a zodiac and anchor it at your beach front. Built in 1995, the villa has a separate king-size master bedroom suite with screened in outdoor shower, and two additional bedrooms with twins and a queen-size bed. The home sleeps six comfortably. There is also a queen-size sleep sofa. All amenities are provided, including two CD players, TV, stereo, tape deck, and VCR. A personal chef, maid service, and car rental available upon request.

There are two full bathrooms and two outdoor showers. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Enjoy star-gazing, bird-watching, and beach-combing in this perfect retreat.
