This beautiful, remodeled home is located in Rincon, and it is just a one minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on the west coast of Puerto Rico. Here you will see some the most beautiful, colorful sunsets you can ever imagine. You also have the perfect view of Desecheo Island. The waters here are crystal blue and are perfect for all sorts of water activiries. This home features a new bathroom, a newly decorated fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a large living room. A five minute walk will get you to Villa Antonio, Villa Confresi and Rincon by the Seas. You can also go to Puntas with panoramic views of the ocean and Desecheo Island. This area is also a hot spot for surfing, plus the Tamboo Restaurant, an excellent dining experience that has been visited by people like, actor Benicio Del toro and ex-governess Sila Calderon... Or, you might want to rent a jet ski and ride the waves at Club Nautico which is right down the road in Ensenada.

Here, you will also find The Black Eagle Restaurant, which specializes in fresh seafood and great drinks. A ten minute drive from Rincon is all that it takes to enjoy Puntas and Ensenada. Tennis, basketball, weights, and a jogging track are just two minutes away. Whether you want an activity-filled vacation or a quiet, relaxing vacation, it is all here for you to enjoy in Rincon. Recommended travel is to take a charter plane from San Juan to Mayaguez, which is only 20 minutes away from the home. You can rent a car, load your luggage, and be on your way to pure paradise in a beautiful residential area where the local people are friendly and will point you in the right direction. You can also take a scenic drive from San Juan to Rincon which will be about 2 1/2 hours. Feel free to enjoy the various fruit trees on the property: coconuts, oranges, limes, bananas, corazones, guanavana and avocados.

Upon arriving at the home, you will be greeted by our manager who will be more than helpful to answer any questions regarding how to get here or there, or provide maintenance needs. He will provide bed sheets and towels upon your stay. This is a vacation that will be remembered.
