Why not rent our 'home away from home' for your vacation? Our townhouse offer 2,100 square feet of living space and it's custom decorated in southwest charm. Special features include cathedral ceilings throughout, and every convenience for your comfort. The townhouses are located on a quiet cul-de-sac off Highway 550N -- just ten miles from Durango, with fantastic mountain views backing up to the San Juan National Forest. Watch the Durango-Silverton Narrow Gauge Train chug up the hill behind the house, and wave to the conductor from the master bedroom private deck or the patio with gas grill below. Enjoy local wildlife in our private yard. We provide everything you'll need, right down to spices, coolers, and a coffee bean grinder. This is a great rental for family reunions, weddings, or just getting together with friends. Durango makes a great home base from which to visit numerous area sites and to enjoy the great outdoors.

We are in the beautiful Animas Valley with hiking, biking, horseback riding, rodeos, hot springs, snowmobiling, and skiing just minutes from your doorstep. We can fill you in on all the local favorites, so what are you waiting for? Give us a call and plan your special vacation. A $200.00 security deposit is due within 10 days of reservation (by check). Security deposit is over and above the rent amount. Total rent amount is due 30 days before check-in. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to check-in must be paid by cashiers check, Visa, or Master Card. If canceled more than 30 days from check-in there will be a $100.00 cancellation fee. Less than 30 days from check-in, half of the rent will be forfeited unless re-rented. If re-rented, any difference between the rental amounts will be refunded less a $100.00 cancellation fee.
