7th Arrondissement Eiffel Tower apartment Rental Property Information
We are making our personal apartment available for occasional short-term rentals. This newly remodeled, one-bedroom apartment offers approximately 400 square feet of living space. It is located near Ecole Militaire 1/2 block from rue Cler, 5 minutes from Invalide and the Eiffel Tower. The metro is one and a half blocks away, as is the post office. A number of famous patisseries and food shops are within walking distance. It is convenient to everything that is best about Paris. Our concept for the apartment when we decorated it was to make it a small Brittany cottage in the heart of Paris. It's decorated with authentic and very old Brittany antiques. Still, the new American kitchen comes complete with a new stove with rotisserie oven, a clothes washer-dryer, a refrigerator, microwave, and full kitchen appliances and utensils. The fabulous rue Cler market street around the corner provides all you'll need to make use of the kitchen.
Location
Located just a few minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower, and less than a half block from rue Cler, rue Valadon is a quiet one way residential street just one block long. With virtually every convenience, transportation and shops within a 2-3 block area, this is a wonderful location to live with the locals and visit all of the major Paris sights!

Further Details for the apartment in Paris, France
You'll have the option of eating out at one of the many great Paris restaurants, or creating your own gourmet meal at home. Then too, there is nothing like starting out the day with a fresh croissant and cafe creme, or Marie Cantin's fantastic cheeses and a fine midday glass of wine. Of course there is a CD player, VCR, DVD, and cable TV for your evening relaxation. We have a fine, English language collection of books relating to Paris, her architectural treasures, and other sundry French-related tourist information. (We came to Paris the first time as tourists). WiFi and dial-up Internet connection available The bedroom is incredibly quiet. The deluxe bed is king size. If you need extra beds, there is a trundle in the living room. While the apartment is most comfortable for two persons, the two singles in the living room afford additional options. The large antique armoire in the bedroom provides ample storage; while a small desk allows for laptop computer hook-up or correspondence
The bathroom off the bedroom has both a bathtub and a shower. This is a really unique apartment -- filled with French antiques and art. The location, on a one-block quiet street, is outstanding. It offers every possible shop and convenience within a several-block area. Keep in mind that the sooner you make your reservation, the more likely you'll have it during the time you want. It's not unusual for all short-term housing in the center of Paris to be taken weeks in advance of the peak seasons -- especially during spring and fall fashion and industrial trade shows. Don't miss the chance for a get-away or family vacation in one of the nicest areas of Paris. It's incredibly convenient to whatever you might like to do. We love staying there.
