Ocho Rios villa Rental Property Information

Jasmin Hill Villa is located directly on the ocean in Ocho Rios, Jamaica -- approximately 1.5 hour drive east from Montego Bay airport. The extra large, four-plus acre lot includes over 200 feet of oceanfront. Jasmin Hill is surrounded on all sides by lush tropical vegetation. The villa is within walking distance of Sandals Ocho Rios and Breezes, and is approximately one mile east of downtown Ocho Rios. Jasmin Hill is a very spacious, classic, stucco and wooden shingle roof home -- built in the 40's with style and grace. Extra-large rooms all have hardwood or ceramic tile floors. The art-filled living room overlooks the sea, swimming pool, and side fountain garden. Enjoy dining on the terrace, by the swimming pool, in the fountain garden, or in the indoor private dining room. A total of four spacious bedrooms, each with a private bath, accommodates up to eight adults. All the bedrooms have been recently redecorated, and all have large ceiling fans and air conditioning.

The home is filled with books, English antiques, and original artwork. A well-tuned, Yamaha, upright piano is located in the entrance room. Lush gardens or ocean surround Jasmin Hill with spectacular views from all rooms. The villa also includes a large spring-water swimming pool. An oceanside gazebo is perfect for morning breakfast or evening cocktails. Ocean swimming is especially wonderful from the Jasmin Hill dock. Stone steps lead into crystal clear water and sandy bottom. Within 50 yards of shore is a wonderful coral reef -- perfect for snorkeling. Jasmin Hill is fully staffed with a superb Caribbean cook, a van driver, two maids, a laundress, and a gardener. The cook and driver live in small cottages on the property. All meals can be taken 'at home' -- either in the large dining room or in three outside locations (garden terrace, ocean terrace, or pool). Staff is included in the rate.
