Perfect for a couple who wants to have a nice spacious place for a get-a-way, and equally perfect for two families due to size and the lay-out of the house. Dining table seats 6 comfortably with additional bar stool chairs at the kitchen. Enjoy dinner on the large deck with gazebo. The well-equipped kitchen offers a full complement of cookware and appliances including a microwave, four-burner stove and oven, coffeepot, waffle maker; blender and more.We have complementary coffee, hot cocoa and tea for our guests. We have other amenities for our guests including: fresh linens with 400+ thread count, towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryers etc. FREE INTERNET (Wi-Fi), Cable TV. Have an infant or toddler? We have all the basic amenities (in a separate closet) you need so you won't have to bring them - pack-n-play; bouncy seat; infant tub; high-chair; stroller etc.

Location of Property and More Info Located on top of the mountain and on the Devil's Knob Golf Course (midday down the third fairway), our house is down the street from the Devil's Knob Golf Course, Clubhouse and restaurant, as well as indoor/outdoor tennis courts. It is a short distance to the Wintergarden Spa and Fitness Center, and the Nature Center and skiing, childcare, hiking, and other amenities are all also available on the mountain. The Highland Black ski slopes are about one mile away from the house and the Moutain Lodge (with access to the other main slopes),is about a 3-5 minute drive. The living area is this rental's real highlight! With a large open living room, wood burning fireplace (perfect for S'mores), entertainment center, and a DVD/VHS library selection with over 75 movies(to include a great DVD selection for children) - you'll be living in Mountain Luxury! Our book library has a selection of 'classic' books for those who are interested in reading the old classics. We have firewood at the house.

Discounts & Exclusive Rights to Resort Activities We also have discount passes to a number of resort activities. 20% Discount for Wintergreen ski related activities - ski rentals, ski lift tickets, ski tube park. 15% DISCOUNT on many other Wintergreen Amenities! 20% DISCOUNT on Ski lift tickets; rentals etc. + FREE ADMISSION TO LAKE MONOCAN + FREE ADMISSION to certain outdoor pools. The discount applies to the WinterGarden Fitness Center, Golf, Tennis and children's activities at the Tree House and other activities. Exclusive rights to Wintergreen resort activities and discount passes for guests to use throughout resort (i.e. golf, tennis, lake access, children's activities etc.). Wintergreen has new policies effective May 22nd which limits access to resort activities. Because we are members of Wintergreen Partners Incorporated (WPI) - those who stay at our place WILL have exclusive access to ALL resort activities w/o limitations.

Golf Information: Discount Passes available for Golf as well on both courses. After the last Golf tee time of the day, you can walk out a few yards to the third hole from our deck and practice a few hits or even golf at no charge (Holes #4, #5 and #6 are all an easy walking distance from our house). We even have two sets of golf clubs (right hand and left handed sets) and two golf pull cart (with wheels) for use.
