You may enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai or in the dining area overlooking Northwest Maui and Maalea Bay next to the new picture window that was installed in the Fall of 2008. This unit is centrally located-just a short walk to the world-renowned beaches of South Maui featured in all the top travel guides. World famous restaurants, hotels and the 'Shops at Wailea' are located within a few blocks of the condominium. The main pool is surrounded with comfortable lounge chairs. The large pavilion that is equipped with two ranges, two refrigerators, an ice maker, a canned soda machine, fully equipped restrooms with showers and direct access to one of the best swimming beaches in the world, Keawakapu Beach. At the main swimming pool you will find both indoor and outdoor showers and restrooms. You can enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors by the pool in the beautiful covered dining area. This area is the best place in all of Hawaii to enjoy the spectacular sunsets each night.
