San Miguel de Allende villa Rental Property Information

This architect-built, two-bedroom/two-bath home is located just a short walk from the main square of San Miguel de Allende, one of Mexico's most charming cities with a rich colonial history. The square (Jardin) is the center of town where you can sit and watch the world go by, hear the mariachis on weekend evenings, and immerse yourself in local atmosphere. The town is a shopper's paradise and provides a vast choice of wonderful restaurants in every price range and to suit all tastes. You could also spend days in the many art galleries or attend one of the many language schools to brush up your Spanish. Our house is built on three terraced lots. It has a large indoor/outdoor living room and glassed-in dining room overlooking a garden which is partially shaded by old mesquite and pepper trees. From the terrace, which features a beautiful fountain, you can watch the sun set over the city. The formal indoor living room and master suite have fireplaces.

The separate guest suite has a sitting room, bedroom, and bath. The entire house is attractively decorated and equipped for comfortable living. The garage will hold one mid-size van (outside parking is hard to find). The house has a gardener, and a maid/cook five days a week, who cleans, cooks and does laundry. Amenities include cable TV in both bedroom suites, and telephones on all levels. Last, but not least, our reliable, English-speaking manager is just one telephone call away.
