We take pride in offering a CLEAN and comfortable home for your stay. Improvements to the property in 2008 included a new refrigerator with ice maker, stove, 4 slice toaster, laminate kitchen flooring, new couches, hardwood floor refinishing,a new propane grill,garage door opener and interior painting of all rooms. All carpeting is cleaned annually and as needed. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a very large lobster pot and even a coffee grinder.

Newly refurbished in 2008 We strive to offer a CLEAN and comfortable house for your rental enjoyment. In 2008, the entire interior was freshly painted, the hardwood floors were refinished, and a new kitchen floor was installed. New appliances include a refrigerator with ice maker, stove and 4 slice toaster. New couches provide very comfortable seating. Now there is a propane grill instead of the charcoal grill and an electric garage door opener was added. All carpeting is cleaned at the onset of each rental season and as needed.
