There is carpeting and ceramic tile flooring. Amenities include central air-conditioning, ceiling fans, VHS, DVD a library of movies, and cable TV. Utilities are included. Internet access available for an extra charge. This home is beautifully landscaped, and is situated in a gated community with two swimming pools and hot tubs.
