Fully-enclosed and screened lanai with outdoor seating and dining accessible from living room, family room and master bedroom. Propane BBQ Grill. Professional landscaping and yard maintenance. Two-car garage with remote. Get around the entire community on a 4-person golf cart (available for additional fee).

Pet Policy and Social Membership Small Dogs permitted with approval of owner. Short term Social Membership available which entitles Lessee access to all country club facilities.

Home is available for rent Seasonally or yearly. Lease with option to buy as well. Check availability calendar for more specific information or email owner.

Golf Information: Facilities include 18 professional golf course, 9 hole executive golf course, shuffleboard, tennis courts, hot tub and large heated pool. Additional features include on-site restaurant/bar as well as pro-shop and available golf lessons. Greens fees range from $8-$40.
