    Rentals of less than 7 nights and short notice rentals (less than 30 days before check-in): Payment in full at time of booking.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to 30 days before check-in I will return your deposit. If you cancel between 30 days and 15 days until check-in I will return 1/2 of the rental and the cleaning fee. If you cancel 14 days or less from check-in, I will hold all monies until your check-in date and will attempt to re-rent the unit. I will return to you only the rental from those days that are re-rented and your cleaning fee.

It is a 20 second walk to the pool and BBQ area. There are about 12 steps up to the unit. They are not steep or taller than normal. There are strong hand rails for support. Feel free to inquire further.

Look for less space or more space? I also have a studio next door (Homeaway #222578) or for more room hook the two together for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with separate entrances.
