Relaxing The Property is on the beach with quiet surrounding except the sound of birds and the waves on shore if you want to relax Seagull'is Nest is the place, the people are friendly and Hopkins has not yet been discover by the masses of Tourist that way you get to meet the people who will gladly tell you about their culture

Nature Lover If you are a nature lover then Hopkins and Seagull's Nest is ideal, you can walk along the Sittee River road where you can see different species of birds and even a crocodile or two ,sit on the beach in a beach chair and watch a manatee or two ,enjoy the sound of the waves or better yet go for a long swim and read a book

Environment Friendly we pride our self in being clean and environmental friendly with composing every thing conserving electricity our rates are reasonable because we are on the beach
