location and conditions hi its located at second floor above the famous organic food market and salad bar restaurant EARTHMATTERS add $5 a person and enjoy a great organic breakfast served to your room or at our lounge gallery cafe or at the garden you see at the pictures located as the backyard of the apartments connecting to the store . a great plus ;) with great food and music, and all this in a very trendy lively hood with bars and restaurants all over of lower east side and right next to the west and east village downtown new york city

Today is April 2 2009 , i still have available from may 27 to June 4th 2009 , just so you know as well room in mid June July and so on for summer availability
