Private Beach You will have access to our private beach club during your stay, located just 4 blocks from our townhome. Our club has picnic tables, beach chairs, a lifeguard throughout the summer, a volleyball court, indoor hot showers and bathrooms, a play gym (swings, slides, monkey bars, etc.) - all available for your use. Spend the day in the water surfing, boogie-boarding, body-surfing, kayaking...build a sand castle in the surf...or catch up on a good novel while you soak up the sun and relax with the sound of the waves.

Pool and Tennis You will also have access to our pool, located a short walk from our door where you can enjoy floating under blue skies with a beautiful pristine view of the Santa Monica Mountains! You will also have a key to our private neighborhood tennis court.

Outdoor Areas We have a fenced front yard, and an enclosed tiled patio available for your use. In addition, there is a large grassy area just a few steps from our front door, where children can play.
