Our home was completely remodeled in '05, painted in Oct.'08 and brand new carpet installed April '09. The spacious master bedroom suite has a queen size bed, luxurious sheets, cable TV, full size closet, telephone and a full bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, dresser, full size closet and full bath right across the hall. In addition, the Living Room has a queen size sofa/sleeper. The Kitchen has a refrigerator w/ ice maker, range, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, etc. The Dining Area has a nice oak table (w/optional leaves to seat 6), comfortable, padded chairs where you can gather for meals, play cards, work a puzzle or play board games. The Living Room has Cable TV, DVD player, CD player, free local telephone calls and Free High Speed Wireless Internet Access!

You’ll love it here! It’s a friendly place, a comfortable size (41 units) and only a few steps to the oceanfront pool area, gazebo and beach. So many activities to choose from…hang at the pool, play tennis or golf, visit Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, see the manatees and dolphins at Smyrna Dunes Park, take a ride on the Water Taxi, shop quaint downtown streets (Flagler Ave. and Canal St.) or enjoy a fabulous seafood dinner. Since our unit is on the west side of the complex we do not have an ocean view. But, after a fun day in the sun, sand and surf, it's really nice to come home to a quiet condo and experience that spectacular Florida sunset reflecting off the Intracoastal Waterway.
