  • $1195-$1595week . Rates are based on double occupancy and in
    U.S. dollars. 7 night min. stay.
    SECURITY DEPOSIT:$250 refundable if the premises are left in comparable condition
    as found. RESERVATIONS: $750 deposit stays of 1-2 weeks and $1,000 deposit required for stays of a month or more. The balance is due 60 days prior to your check in date.

The phone system is tied into the Internet service, and therefore, you must bring your lap top computer to activate the network. If you would like to use your cell phone, service is available through AT@T/Cingular and Verizon. Check with your service provider to make sure you are set up for intern. or global service. Long distance and local phone service is also available in the settlement at 'Nippers Beach B&G'FREE OF CHARGE. Broadband Internet service is available. Outisland Internet is the local service provider. There is a $40 a week charge for internet service. 'Nippers Beach B&G' and the 'Pirates Chest' provide WiFi internet service free of charge.

Guana's beaches are 'Fodor's choice' for the best beaches in the Bahamas. Just a few minutes from Dolphin Lookout, begin miles of white powdery sand beaches, where you may only see your footsteps in the sand. Additionally, a magnificent outer reef, which is the 3rd largest in the world, runs the entire length of Guana Cay, and within a 'stones throw' from this very special oceanfront cottage, are numerous inner reefs and coral gardens teaming with colorful marine life. Extraordinary white sand beaches, reefs, coral gardens, snorkeling, swimming, diving, kayaking are easily accessible by foot or golf cart and are only a few minutes from Dolphin Lookout. About 2 miles west of Dolphin Lookout(TM) is a quaint, picturesque settlement, home to 100-125 permanent residences, descendants of loyalists, who migrated to the Bahamas from the Carolinas, Virginia and New York during the revolutionary war.

Here in the settlement, you will find Guana Harbour Grocery Store, several great restaurants, Donna's and Orchid Bay golf cart rental agencies, the upscale Orchid Bay Yacht club and Marina, Dive Guana, boat rentals, gift shops, and Milos fresh fruit and vegetable stand. Yes, this out island experience may be the closest thing to 'heaven on earth' for ocean lovers. To us it continues to be a fairy tale experience.
