Additional Information on the Tropical Room Indoor/Outdoor Tropical Entertainment Room can be rented separately for weddings, parties, presentations and filming. Includes pool, grotto, swim-up tiki bar, Koi pond, five waterfalls, palm and banana trees to 20' tall, 20,000- watt club sound system, club lighting, fog, strobe and bubble machines, 25' Hi-Def, life-size movie theater/computer/TV screen, indoor barbecue and party kitchen, fitness center, game room. Kitchens, porches, master bedroom, bathroom and shower all have built-in stereos. Concierge and house manager come with rentals. Catering and limo service available.

Party and Corporate Rentals The tropical room at Five Falls Estate can be rented independently with catering for parties and corporate events. This is a truly unique and memorable location to host a company Christmas party or introduce a new product to a group of customers. The true movie-theater size screen and commercial sound system make this a great room for movie premiers and formal parties. The projector is also wired to a computer and is great for presentations. Our dance floor area is equipped with club lighting and special effects, including bubble and fog machines, strobe, laser and colored lights that dance to the beat of the music. For our most popular party, a catered luau, we fly in fresh flower leis from Hawaii, project Hawaiian scenery and volcano footage on the big, 25-foot screen, and roast a whole pig. Once inside our warm tropical environment, your friends and clients will forget that it is the dead of winter outside and will talk about your unique party for years to come.
