Dennisport condo Rental Property Information
Life doesn't get much better! This small 12-unit condominium complex has a private sandy beach directly across the street. Newly renovated in 2005 - new Kitchen, bathroom, maple hardwood floors, new cooktop, microwave, granite countertop, etc. The bright and clean eat- in kitchen is fully stocked from lobster pots to cork screws. Our second-floor unit features a loft with a skylight and an ocean view from the bed. One of our units have a king bed and a queen in the loft the other has two queens. The large rear yard has four barbecue pits and picnic tables. A porta-crib is available. The condo is close to Rte. 28 for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Mini Golf courses, movie theaters, trampolines, paddle boats and bowling alleys. Great family place!
