It's a clean and bright, first-floor unit that has been newly renovated with a modern kitchen and bathrooms, and new floor cover throughout. It features one-and-a-half baths, and central air-conditioning. The beach is child-friendly. This small 12-unit condominium complex has a large rear yard with a barbecue pit and picnic tables. It's great for volleyball. Our private patio features spectacular views of the ocean. We're close to Rte 28 for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
