Walking into our home, you walk in to the second floor. Second floor includes a media room with huge screen TV, cable and DVD player, spacious living room with fire place, formal dining area that seats 8, gourmet kitchen fully stocked with anything you will need for cooking, beautiful breakfast area, laundry room with iron and board, master bedroom with huge bathroom with jacuzzi. Walk through the kitchen, up the stairs to our top floor which includes three twin beds, toys for the children and a full bathroom. Downstairs, the bottom floor includes a huge leather couch with flat screen television, ping pong table in the game room, one futon, two full bathrooms with two bedrooms with one king bed and one queen size bed. Outside is a table that seats 6, miniature kitchen with refrigerator, sink, fireplace and television also seating 7 next to the hot tub.

Location Located 20.3 miles from Austin- Bergstrom airport. 10 minutes away from City Park (on lake Austin) and 20 minutes away from Volente beach (on lake Travis). The nearest major intersection is highway 2222 and 360. Minutes from the Arboretum for shopping and many places to dine.

This home has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 media room, 1 game room with PING PONG TABLE, 2 dining rooms, 3 fire places and a HUGE pool. Perfect for lounging around, having a family barbecue, or just a nice get away. This house is beautiful, feels like you are in a tree house. If you want to get the real Austin feel, I highly suggest this house for you and your family!
