Manuel Antonio house Rental Property Information

This four-bedroom home is set on a hill - high above the Pacific Ocean, in the established Manuel Antonio area outside of Quepos. It features a stunning view of the ocean from your private swimming pool. The home offers two queen-size beds, and one king-size bed in a modern house (to demanding USA standards), and a full kitchen. All of this is on two levels of splendor. The house was recently built, and offers all modern amenities including satellite TV and a new washer/dryer. Located just outside the town of Quepos, the home is very quiet. While it's within walking distance of the town and beaches, we suggest that you rent a car for your stay - given the hilly nature of Manuel Antonio. You can park the car in your private parking garage. The house is professionally managed on-site, and is staffed with daily maid service (except Sunday). And your private cook and laundry service is also available for a very nominal charge.

  • The one bedroom with the full bed is on a lower level of the house and opens on to the pool deck. This bedroom is not connected to the rest of the house by an interior stairway. It has a wonderful view, but is small with a full, new bath. It is perfect for a teenager or someone who would like some privacy away from the others in the house.

Casa Azul has been operating for more than 6 years. Everything moves like clockwork in a country that sometimes doesn't even have clocks. The house is situated high on a hill to offer a beautiful view of the ocean and town below. Enjoy the freshness of the best seafood in the world, or have us cook your catch. You will be met by our on-site manager who will introduce you to the house and the area. He also happens to be the most seasoned tour operator in the area, and will prove to be a very valuable resource to you. Please note that the fourth bedroom is small with small bath, opening onto the pool deck with wonderful view on the lower level of the house and not otherwise connected to the house. It's great for teens, or for added privacy. Our guests are discerning and they return year after year. The test of a good rental is the Guestbook.
