An elegant formal dinning area seats 6 people. Three sliding glass doors lead through to the pool deck lanai which is furnished with superior quality patio furniture including table chairs and loungers overlooking the pool, perfect for an outdoor dining in a bug-free environment.

This villa is furnished to high standard with all necessary amenities to ensure your stay in luxury and comfort. Whether you enjoy fishing, boating, golfing, sunbathing, shopping or just want peace and quiet, this is the place for you. Just bring your clothes and enjoy your stay. A local management service will ensure your stay is care free. Rotunda is the perfect location for trips to Fort Myers, Naples, Tampa, Orlando and the Everglade, are within 1 to 3 hours drive. Beautiful white sand beaches and sparkling blue water of the Gulf Coast to enjoy are within a 10-20 minute drive. Restaurant and shops are within 5 to 15 minutes drive, and abundance of golf courses is within blocks.
