Condo located on a floor of its own with one level down to the ocean and pool. Amenities include flat screen T.V. satellite system, stereo. Fabulous Bertoni Italian kitchen with Wolf, Smeg, Miele, Blanco for the true gourmet. Indoor and outdoor dining areas. King Master Bedroom with sitting area and large open balcony with chaise and game table. Master bath with double shower glassed to the ocean. Second bedroom and bath with 2 double beds and private balcony. Residence ideal for those who may enjoy the Night Life, Shopping, and Fine Dining offered in Puerto Vallarta and still have the privacy and serenity offered without the congestion of the city. Residence is a 10 minute cab ride to the city and taxi's are easily available right in front of the condo.
