Rental rate includes all building amenities, Comcast Cable TV with DVR, wireless broadband Internet, local telephone service, and electricity. Any additional Comcast services or telephone services will be paid by the owner and deducted from the security deposit.
Note: The Tax Rate may be applied, depending on the length of stay, based on City of Sarasota Regulations - A non-refundable $100.00 Application Fee, and a $500.00 Security Deposit are required upon submission of a completed application by the 1350 Main Condominium Assoc. Inc. This fee is to be collected by the unit owner at the time of application.
Upon execution of a final short term lease agreement and prior to occupancy a $1,000.00 security deposit and the full rental rate including any applicable taxes for the term of the lease must be paid by a cashier's check (or the equivalent) to the property owner.
An annual lease will require the same application fees as stated above. In addition two months rent will be required depending on the lease beginning and end dates.
