  • A non-refundable $100.00 Application Fee, and a $500.00 Security Deposit are required upon submission of a completed application by the 1350 Main Condominium Assoc. Inc. This fee is to be collected by the unit owner at the time of application.
    Upon execution of a final short term lease agreement and prior to occupancy a $1,000.00 security deposit and the full rental rate including any applicable taxes for the term of the lease must be paid by a cashier's check (or the equivalent) to the property owner.
    An annual lease will require the same application fees as stated above. In addition two months rent will be required depending on the lease beginning and end dates.

There is a 'bar' attached to the kitchen counter with three 'bar' stools. There is no other area specifically designed as a dining area. The condominium does have a reservable dining room with a catering kitchen. On the amenities floor, there is a high-end grill with ample seating for grilling, eating and entertainment. While small pets are allowed in the building, the owner prefers not to invite pets to the unit. THIS IS A NO SMOKING UNIT
