Located at the end of a quiet street of million dollar homes in Key Largo, this house is one lot from the Atlantic Ocean. It is suited for those who want to get a true feel for Florida Coastal living. A tropical setting on a large lot with over 90 feet of dock. Bring your boat if you like, and put it out back in the water, the ocean is at your back door. Property is ideally located. You will find some of the best fishing in the world off Islamorada, and Key Largo is known as the reef capital of the United States. John Pennenkamp State Park is less than 8 miles to the North. World Class diving, snorkeling and fishing are all around you. The house has approximately 2000 square feet of living area on two different floors. There are two outside stairways that connect the upstairs and the downstairs.
