Location Situated about a mile north of the Boca del Rio on a narrow stretch of Ambergris Caye, this private property in an exclusive area of fine homes and vacation properties provides views of the Caribbean Sea, its own pool, and a private pier extending into the lagoon behind the home that allows for easy fishing, watching the sunset, or simply relaxing. The house is unique in the Tres Cocos area for its private swimming pool and only pier extending into the lagoon. The house itself is flanked by vacant lots on either side, as well as to the rear, providing a sense of isolation and privacy; other homes across the street are only partially visible from the front veranda.

House layout and amenities The main level includes a bright and spacious living area open to the kitchen and dining area overlooking the pool. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cooking utensils, dinnerware, etc. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bathroom featuring custom-tiled sink and shower areas. A studio bedroom is located below, with a queen bed, bath, and kitchenette. This room is easily accessible from the pool deck, and provides convenient storage for cold drinks and snacks.

The area Because of the property's proximity to the bridge, access to all of the businesses and activities on the island is simple. Within easy walking distance there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops to satisfy your needs. Nearby easements allow for easy access to the beach just 150 feet away, providing the best of all worlds for enjoying the water. Golf carts and bicycles can be rented, water taxis are available, and even walking to town can be enjoyed, either on the road or down the beach!
