NEW TO THE VACATION RENTAL MARKET. This comfortable, waterfront, rustic cabin on the shores of beautiful Lake Travis, in a natural, wooded setting, is perfect for families who want to kick back on the deck overlooking the pool and lake to watch the beautiful sunset. Swim in the crystal blue water of our large private pool, fish, or just enjoy the breeze and sounds of the lake. Bring your boat or rent one nearby, as we've got a dock you can tie up to after a day on the lake of skiing, tubing and enjoying one of Texas' most beautiful lakes. You'll feel like you're in a secluded tree house as you grill steaks or burgers under the trees by our large deck and watch the sun go down, then enjoy your meal outside under the shade of the many oak trees on site. We are in the process of having central air and heat installed so that our wonderful lakehouse can be enjoyed all year long.

We are in a secluded waterfront location right on beautiful lLake Travis, where you feel like you are away from all the cares of the world, but within 15 to 20 minutes away, there is shopping for anytjhing you desire-----a wonderful new Hill Country Galleria with shops, movie theaters, restaurants, etc., grocery stores, Lowes, etc.,-------whatever you should need. We are also just about 30 minutes from downtown Austin.

This is not a 'hardy party' house, but a wonderful place to kick back, relax, enjoy the pool and the lake. No high school or college parties. I would consider renters of over one week, especially during the off season. The living area has a sofa which seats 3 or 4 and there are 2 recliners. There are plenty of chairs that can be moved from the dining area into the living area for additional seating. At this time the lake is too low to dock at our place but there are several conveniently located marinas in the area This would also be an ideal place for honeymooners!.

Perfect Fall Get-away! This is a perfect place for a fall get-away. The weather is fantastic!! Enjoy the serenity of our private location, but wonderful restaurants, plentiful shopping, movies, golf, etc. are all within a 15 to 20 minute drive away. If you want to check out Austin, we are only about 30 minutes from downtown Austin and the legendary 6th Street.

The cabin is warm, cozy and private and comfortable and has all the amenities that you would need. You'll feel like you're 'away from it all', and yet you are so close to the many attractions of Austin. The cabin is located only 15 minutes away from Prime shopping like the brand new Hill Country Galleria Mall, and is close to many restaurants like the Oasis, Iguana Grill, Rocco's, and many others. It is also close to Lakeway for those guests who want to play golf. This is the perfect getaway for a weekend or longer. Come relax and feel the stress melt away! NOTICE: Due to the drought and the fact that the lake level is rapidly dropping, it would not be advisable to use our dock for your boat, at this time. There are several marinas located close by where you can launch a boat. Pray for rain!!! Fall is actually one of the very best times of the year to visit this area. We have just installed a new central AC/heating system to add to the comfort of our guests.
