Seacrest Beach is a charming beach community with beautiful vacation homes, swimming, biking, shopping, and free tram rides to the beach during season. The neighborhood has a state-of-the-art, famous, 12,000-square-foot pool with beautiful waterfalls.
A five-minute walk will take you to coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping at Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach. The Seacrest Beach Community is directly between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach Communities. Five to ten restaurants are within walking distance or a ten minute drive. You will be only a five-minute drive to Seaside and WaterColor Beach communities.
SunTana, which is only six months new, offers four bedrooms, three-and-one-half bathrooms. This three-story beach home includes a large open living (sectional sofa), kitchen includes bar with four stools, and dining room (table seats eight) along with a laundry room and one-half bath on the first floor. The front porch has wicker seating.
