Laundry tub. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there is a new queen-size sofa-bed located in the Entertainment room which will allow sleeping for a total of 8 persons. There is a collection of DVD's for your use. - A little something for every age bracket. Also, a small novel/book collection is provided. Step out the door with your provided wagon equipped with beach towels and cooler and head left on the sidewalk that will take you straight to S. Collier Blvd. After crossing Collier Blvd, you'll see the beautiful paved beach access lined with Palm trees and you're there! 5 minutes if you walk slow! The beautifully renovated Marriott Spa Resort is next to the Madeira where you can easily enjoy a relaxing massage, an elegant dinner, or just a refreshing cocktail ocean side. Many properties boast close access to the beach, so please take the time to research the exact location of the rental properties you look at. A second TV also with cable hookup is located in the Master Bedroom Suite. New Berber carpet was added to the 2 guest bedrooms providing a warm updated look as well as new light fixtures throughout to give a fresh new home feel to this warm inviting house.
Pool w/ Southern exposure means sun all day! The southern exposure on this cage enclosed pool means your swimming, tanning and water-fun will last ALL DAY! Perfectly located in the backyard for privacy, southern exposure on the pool makes this the ideal spot for your family and friends to enjoy a warm, sunny pool party any time of the day. New for 2009 is our new concrete pool decking! A beautiful tile pattern complements the home. The new electric heater on this pool will keep the water a nice warm temperature any time of the year. Inflatable pool toys/loungers provided. A lovely new patio set w/glass top table and matching chairs -seating for 4 is great for entertaining. There are an additional 4 stacking plastic chairs for added guests. A convenient 'pass-thru' window at the kitchen, allows for easy entertaining. A beautiful granite counter top outside makes a great serving/bar counter. A view of the tropical landscaping outside of the lanai is a pleasing backdrop for your poolside enjoyment
