| Notes: | Clothes washer and dryer in basement, not in kitchen Deck has built-in wrap around wood bench seating, sits over 2 dozen and front deck is approximately 400 sq ft Beyond beach chairs have umbrella, boogie boards to surf on & various beach toys - pail & shovel... 2 children's bicycles, 3 adults and one of which is a bicycle built for two! - for 4 adults, with foot air pump Maid service is available Fishing rods & reels for use off a boat, surf, or pier. In August, snappers (baby blue fish are generally running) and have bamboo poles with a float & hook - they are fast no time to reel in - pick up the pole a bit, hook'em - lift the pole swing them in to your net and bucket. I can remember many summers growing up in this house - fishing in Hog Creek harbor between Clearwater Beach and Lion Head Beach for snappers. I have seen the same look in children faces as they Hook One !! my parents saw in mine. |
