    With seasonal & yearly - you can put your Boat or Yacht up to 40 ft in this marina at discounted rates versus other EH areas

    We rented 11 weeks out of the May - September 2009 season - being a block from private gated beach, less than 15 minutes to practically everything in East Hampton, Amagansett, Wainscott, and Sag Harbor areas. In addition, this East Hampton Beach House is well kept, super clean & well maintained -

    Our present minimum winter stay is 3 months -
  • POLICY: Security is Required - minimum 250 dollars, or 15 percent which ever is higher

    ALL CANCELLATIONS Requested under a 45 days, we keep the security deposit

The Barbecque Gas grill is on east side in grassy yard .. No need for Bottled Water our well water is Softened, Filtered and Chlorine Free.....

  • Master bedroom suite in rear of house faces south - has a full bath with sliders onto a private deck over looks a large rear lawn 60 x 100, and is surrounded by both shrubs & barrier trees for privacy.1st bed room with 2 twin bed faces west, and 2nd bedroom faces east has full bed that over looks a side yard where we often put additional lawn furniture ( found in basement.) 4 lounge chairs, 2 end tables. ++ No Need to pack: Linens we supply 3 sets for every bed, Iron/ Ironing board (in a closet), hair dryer in bathroom, ++ Have full assortment of portable chairs & tables, should you attend a polo, charity writers/ actors baseball, other chairty and/or sporting event. Also house has a number of beach chairs, blankets, coolers, boogie boards, toys, umbrella, and related - so there is no need to pack this ! Also, have 2 children's bicycles, 3 adults & one of which is a bicycle built for two! - for 4 adults can ride, (air pump)

Note: Equipment of (3) TV - 2 are HDCable a 42' HDTV, & Master suite 27' TVs, DVD/VCR. on both TVs are over 150 HD channels & 500 HD on-demand movies. The TV in the bedroom with the Full bed is regular cable 27' about 70 channels Water is soften well water - fill your bottles, no need to buy them here. Clothes washer & dryer in basement, not in kitchen. Bicycles: 2 childrens 3 adult & one is a bicycle built for two - in basement Bamboo & regular Fishing rods & reels for use off a boat, surf or pier - basement August in East Hampton, snappers (baby blue fish are generally running) and with a bamboo poles with a float & hook - they are fast no time to reel in - pick up the pole a bit, hook'em - lift the pole swing them in to your net and bucket. .I can remember many summers growing up in this house - fishing in Hog Creek harbor between Clearwater Beach and Lion Head Beach for snappers. I have seen the same look in children faces as they Hook One !!
