A historic Bed and Breakfast in the heart of Welches in the Villages at Mt. Hood. Walk to Golf, Fish, hike, ski/snowboard, wine taste, bird watch etc. and relax!! The Doublegate Inn is perfect base from which to explore the Mt. Hood recreational area. Come melt into fresh, cozy ,comfy beds and enjoy a hardy cooked from scratch breakfast. Southern Hospitality @ Mt. Hood. Warm cookies and all the little details await you! Our guests feel so pampered they visit again and again. Our charming home is 'fancy but not fussy'. The large Chanterelle Suite, a very comfy king size bed, sitting area and a private DVD den off the room. The Truffle Room is a quaint all wood knotty pine Boudoir with a snug antique French double bed and french doors onto the private deck. The Morel room this sunny room offers a dynamite queen bed and beautiful sitting area. Family style dinners available upon request for additional fee.

The small touches were what made the experience for me. the fresh smelling sheets and pillows to the fresh cut flowers which made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was perfection (even though we could barely get out of bed). We will be back and look forward to it!
