Client will be contacted if any deduction needed. The Security Deposit balance will returned 4 to 8 weeks after home vacated.

    Security Deposit is required when reserving dates and the full balance of vacation rate is due 2 months prior to arrival.

Guest Book I have not had the chance to sit down and write you until now. I want to thank you regarding the rental of your house to my wife an me during our stay in early June. The house was spacious and clean. The pool was very nice after a long day at Disney! I don't think we would have enjoyed our trip as much, if we had stayed at a hotel. Your house made the vacation much more enjoyable. Next time I go to Disney World, I will definitely rent your house again.Thanks.
