This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment is located 100 yards from the sand of world famous Copacabana beach, just a 10 minute stroll to Ipanema beach. Recently renovated, no expense was spared in making this a first class, 4 star vacation rental.
This apartment is rented exclusively by myself, an American residing in Rio, with more than 7 years experience in Property Management in Rio de Janeiro. We know what vacationers expect from a quality apartment

The apartment has granite floors throughout and sports marble countertops in the fully appointed kitchen. We also provide you with a local cell phone. Incoming calls are free of charge, and you pay as you go for outgoing calls. I believe in quality pillows and linens, all provided. The apartment also has a hidden wall safe.

The building itself is very secure with 24/7 doormen and motion sensitive cameras in all corridors and elevators. I am also in the building 7 days a week for any needs that may arise.
