  • The top floor contains a living area with TV, cable, a kitchen, dining area, and one master bedroom with private ensuite bath and one queen bed. The middle floor has a second master suite with two queen beds, a living area with TV, and an ensuite bath. On this same floor are two additional bedrooms, each with queen beds and sharing a bath. On the middle floor, we have also equipped the master with a laptop computer, printer, and game systems for the kids (on rainy days!) (Note - as of April 2009, someone had stolen the computer and printer.... I am working to get a new one down there as soon as the insurance is processed!) On the lowest floor is a private apartment with it's own bath, one full and one twin bed, as well as the laundry facilities and garage.

Catering is available from several sources in the surrounding area; please call or email for details if interested. Small pets may be allowed with advance permission and additional damage deposit and cleaning fee. Great home for families with kids, as there are two separate TV/relaxation areas - the kids can take over one and the adults the other! We rent only to family groups, married couples, or mature adults over the age of 25.
